 These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the publication of books by authors ("Author" or "you") with Eduindex Books ("we," "our," "us"). By submitting your manuscript to Eduindex Books, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Manuscript Submission

• Originality: The Author warrants that the manuscript submitted is original, has not been previously published in whole or in part, and does not infringe on any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights of any third party.

• Content Responsibility: The Author is solely responsible for the content of the manuscript, including any errors, omissions, or legal infringements. Eduindex Books reserves the right to reject any manuscript that does not meet our quality standards or that violates legal or ethical guidelines.

2. Publication Process

• Review and Acceptance: Upon submission, your manuscript will undergo a review process. Acceptance of a manuscript for publication is at the sole discretion of Eduindex Books. We may suggest revisions or edits to improve the manuscript before publication.

• Editing and Formatting: Eduindex Books will provide editing and formatting services as part of the publication process. The Author will have the opportunity to review and approve the final version of the manuscript before publication.

• Cover Design and Layout: We will work with you to design the book cover and layout. The final design will be subject to your approval.

3. Publication Rights

• Grant of Rights: By submitting your manuscript, you grant Eduindex Books the exclusive right to publish, distribute, and sell your book in print and digital formats worldwide. This includes the right to reproduce, display, and distribute the book in various formats, including but not limited to paperback, hardcover, and eBook.

• Author’s Rights: The Author retains the copyright to the manuscript. However, you agree not to publish or permit others to publish the manuscript in any format or medium during the term of this agreement without the prior written consent of Eduindex Books.

4. Royalties and Payments

• Royalty Structure: Eduindex Books will pay the Author royalties based on the net sales of the book. The royalty percentage and payment schedule will be outlined in a separate agreement provided upon acceptance of the manuscript.

• Payment Terms: Royalties will be calculated and paid quarterly. Payments will be made via [Insert Payment Method], and the Author is responsible for any taxes or fees associated with the payment.

5. Marketing and Promotion

• Marketing Efforts: Eduindex Books will undertake reasonable marketing and promotional efforts to promote the book. This may include online marketing, social media promotion, and listing the book on major retail platforms.

• Author’s Participation: The Author is encouraged to participate in marketing efforts, including book signings, interviews, and social media promotion. However, the Author is not obligated to do so.

6. Termination

• Termination by Eduindex Books: Eduindex Books reserves the right to terminate this agreement at any time if the Author breaches any of these Terms, or if the manuscript is found to be in violation of any legal or ethical standards.

• Termination by Author: The Author may terminate this agreement by providing written notice to Eduindex Books. Upon termination, all rights granted to Eduindex Books will revert to the Author, except for rights necessary to fulfill existing orders and commitments.

7. Liability and Indemnification

• Indemnification: The Author agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Eduindex Books, its employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the publication of the manuscript, including but not limited to claims of defamation, copyright infringement, and breach of contract.

• Limitation of Liability: Eduindex Books shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the publication of the Author's book.

8. Dispute Resolution

• Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Insert Jurisdiction].
